我所于2020年7月正式成为“中国西南美国商会”会员。中国西南美国商会成立于1996年,是一个无党派、非盈利组织。作为中国西南地区最大的和最具影响力的外国商会之一,美商会的使命是促进中美经济贸易交流与发展,在美国和中国政府之间起到桥梁作用,同美国驻成都总领事馆紧密合作,为商会会员及美资企业提供服务。商会致力于促进美中两国政府合作,为在中国西南地区发展生机勃勃并具有建设性的美中商业助力。美商会会员目前已达到300余家,均为世界500强的外资企业以及优秀的中国企业。
Henghexin joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Southwest China in July 2020. Established in 1996, AmCham Southwest is one of the largest and most influential foreign chambers of commerce in Southwest China. It maintains strong relations with the U.S. Consulate General Chengdu to work closely with the U.S. and Chinese government to help foster a vibrant and constructive commercial relation between the U.S. and Southwest China. Over the past years, the AmCham family has expanded to more than 300 members, which include Fortune 500 companies, foreign companies, and well-known Chinese enterprises.

2020年7月10日,由中国西南美国商会主办的“美国商会助力行业发展研讨会”第I期在成都群光君悦酒店成功举办。我所国际法律部副部长林檬、秘书长鲁婧岚参与本次活动。本次研讨会旨在通过企业最新业务交流、痛点诊断、对接需求分享,搭建商会内部同行业及跨行业的沟通桥梁,在面临较大经济下行压力的时期内有效促进企业可持续发展,吸引了包括科技、零售、房地产、医疗、教育、服务咨询(人力资源&法律&交流访问)、贸易、酒店等跨行业超10家会员公司及本土知名企业高层管理人员、白领、外籍商务人士的积极参与。
On July 10th, 2020, AmCham Southwest successfully held the AmCham Friday Biz-Chat Iat Grand Hyatt Chengdu. Ms. Lin Meng, deputy head of foreign-related law department, and Ms. Lu Jinglan, secretary-general of the department, participated in the activity. The seminar aims at bridging cross-industry companies and promoting sustainable development under an economic downturn through sharing the latest business condition, pain-point diagnosis, and communication needs. Senior managers, white-collar workers, and foreign businesspeople from over 10 AmCham member companies and local well-known enterprises, covering a variety of industries attended the seminar, including Technology, Retail, Real State, Healthcare, Education, Service Consultation (Human Resource & Law & Visiting), Trading, Hotel, etc.

林檬律师对我所发展情况及国际法律部进行了介绍,并在中场自由交流环节中成为现场嘉宾票选的两位组长兼发言代表之一。林檬律师带领组员,对美国商会提供的案例进行讨论剖析,指出案涉公司在疫情期间的发展痛点,提出相应建议,并科普了疫情时期一些热点的法律知识,包括在客观情况发生重大变化时的薪资问题、劳动合同问题、员工辞退问题。
Ms. Lin made a sharing on the development of our Firm and foreign-related law department. During the mid-session networking, all guests voted Ms. Lin as one of the TOP2 sharers, who were going to be the leaders of each group and make a remark in the case discussion session. As a leader, Ms. Lin, along with her group partners, started on analyzing their cases given. She pointed out major problems facing by the company and gave corresponding suggestions. She also shared some hot legal knowledge these days, including salary payment issues, labor contract issues, employment termination issues when external conditions subject to unexpected changes.
